Tom Nalder is the founder and Managing Partner of Langbourn Partners.

 

He has over 20 years executive search experience within financial services. Prior to founding Langbourn Partners, Tom was a Senior Partner and head of the investment banking practice at a leading executive search boutique in London.

 

He commenced his executive search career in 1998 joining a fledgling financial services recruitment consultancy which was one of the few successful firms to IPO. 

 

Tom has successfully originated and executed over 450 searches for leading investment banks, boutiques and private equity houses across all sectors.

 

In addition, Tom often advises clients during the planning stage of senior assignments (including team builds/moves) providing detailed market intelligence and insight, ensuring clients make the right hiring decisions .

 

In his earlier career, Tom spent several years at Bonhams Auctioneers following his degree in Fine Art.  He and David were previously colleagues at Hammond Partners.
